Job summary

Atlantic Group in Pennsylvania is seeking an External SEC Reporting Analyst to join its corporate finance team in Chester County. This high-visibility role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and a chance to help build and enhance reporting processes as the company grows.

You will prepare and review 10-Qs and 10-Ks, document technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP, and oversee financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures while supporting month-end close.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of public accounting and/or corporate reporting experience.
  • Strong U.S. GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other SEC filings
  • Research and document technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP
