Job summary

Roche Diagnostics seeks a Head of Global External Affairs to lead policy architecture and high-stakes external stakeholder engagement. You will report to the Global Head of QR&E and guide global policy across regulatory, healthcare, environmental, trade domains to advance Roche Diagnostics priorities.

You will cultivate strategic alliances with external bodies, align with regional affiliates, and drive a unified policy framework.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Public Policy, Health Policy, International Relations, Law, Environmental Affairs, or Life Sciences.
• 15+ years of global or multi-regional leadership in External Affairs or Government Relations within IVD/Medical Device/Pharma.
• Proven track record leading global policy teams and influencing senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead central policy setting for Roche Diagnostics across trade, regulatory and healthcare topics.
• Develop and harmonize global policy positions and engage high-level external bodies.
• Align global policy with regional affiliates to drive enterprise priorities.
