Roche Diagnostics seeks a Head of Global External Affairs to lead the central policy setting, governance, and external engagement for the Diagnostics division. You will work with regional affiliates and key partners to harmonize policy across regulatory, healthcare, environmental, and trade domains to execute business priorities.

Qualificações

• Advanced degree required with 15+ years of global or multi-regional leadership in External Affairs, Policy Setting, or Government Relations within IVD/Medical Device/Pharma sectors.
• Proven track record leading global teams and building internal policy capabilities across a matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-level executives and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead central policy setting, governance, and official policy positions on global topics including trade, regulatory, healthcare and environmental policy.
• Drive strategic external engagement with regulators, multilateral orgs, and external partners to align Roche Diagnostics policy stances.
• Coordinate regional and affiliate alignment to translate global policy into local actions and feedback loops.
• Embodies leadership attributes (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach) to enable enterprise-wide policy cohesion.
