Job summary

Markent Personnel is assisting a multinational agricultural equipment manufacturer in finding an Export Sales Support Specialist. The role focuses on educating and supporting staff and distributors on North American products, reporting to the Director of Sales for North America.

The position requires willingness to travel up to 50% internationally and to work from the North America headquarters when not traveling, contributing to product development and sales growth across the global network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of sales or sales support experience, with some in agricultural or heavy equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% internationally to work with staff and dealers.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, agri-business, marketing, engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison to distribution subsidiaries and importers outside North America; coordinate product sales, trade shows, visits, demonstrations, and launches for U.S. products.
• Ensure designated sales reps are trained, informed and supported to represent North American products and services.
• Influence the international network to grow North American-made products.
• Manage machine inventory.
• Assist in developing products and programs to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• When not traveling, work from the North America headquarters answering questions, preparing presentations, and supporting staff outside North America.
