Job summary

The client, a large multinational agricultural equipment manufacturer, seeks an Export Sales Support Specialist to educate and assist staff and distributors on products made in North America. You will report to the Director of Sales for North America and travel internationally up to 50%.

Responsibilities include training, coordinating launches, and supporting the NA sales network when not traveling from the NA headquarters. This role offers growth and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, agri-business, marketing, engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of prior sales and/or sales support experience, preferably in agricultural or heavy equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% internationally to work with staff and dealers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison to distributors and importers outside North America, coordinating product sales, trade shows, visits, demonstrations, and launches for North American products.
• Ensure designated sales reps are trained, informed and supported to effectively represent North American products and services.
• Influence the international network to grow products made in North America.
• Assist in developing products and programs to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Work from NA headquarters when not traveling, prepare presentations, and support staff outside North America.
