Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Supply Chain CSR II for international export operations in Research Triangle Park, NC. This role links customers, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless global shipments.

The candidate will manage export orders, prepare shipping docs, and coordinate air/ocean/ground transport while ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Hybrid work model offered with in-office and remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in export logistics, international customer service, global trade operations, or supply chain coordination.
• Working knowledge of export documentation and international shipping processes.
• Familiarity with customs regulations, tariffs, and HS codes.
• Experience coordinating international air, ocean, and ground transportation.
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international transportation terms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage international customer orders from receipt through delivery.
• Prepare export shipping documentation, including invoices, airway bills, certificates, and customs paperwork.
• Coordinate international shipments with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws.
• Apply INCOTERMS to support orders and transportation arrangements.
• Support export processes involving Letters of Credit, licensing, and country rules.
