Job summary

Naterra International, Inc. is seeking an Export Customer Service/International Logistics Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX. You will manage international orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance of all export documentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating with supply chain, logistics providers, and customers, reviewing orders, and maintaining ERP documentation. A strong focus on communication and problem solving is essential to ensure timely global distribution.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in customer operations, international order management, logistics, or export coordination.
• Experience with international shipping documentation and export compliance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Sage X3, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, and freight processes.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order lifecycle for international customers from entry to shipment.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy, pricing, shipping requirements, and compliance.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production Planning, Inventory Control, and Warehouse teams.
• Monitor open orders and communicate delays or risks to customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and review international shipping documents (Packing Lists, CO, SLI, BOL, Declarations).
• Provide status updates and assist with export documentation accuracy and compliance.
