Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Logistics Coordinator II (Hybrid) to manage international shipment processes and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with customers, distributors, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and exemplary service.

The role requires 2–3 years in Import/Export, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities. This position is based in the United States with a hybrid schedule and on-site presence at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related work experience in Import/Export field.
• Knowledge of international shipping documentation and export regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer shipment process for international/export accounts from readiness to delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve shipment barriers and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare export documentation such as commercial invoice and packing list; provide AES filings.
