Job summary

Naterra International, Inc. is seeking an Export Customer Service/International Logistics Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX to manage international customer orders from receipt to shipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Incoterms and HTS/country-specific documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full order lifecycle for international customers from entry to shipment.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy, pricing, and shipping requirements.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production Planning, Inventory, and Warehouse teams.
• Monitor open orders and communicate delays or risks to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate order status in ERP systems and portals.
• Process order modifications, cancellations, returns, and inquiries with minimal disruption.
• Track shipment milestones and provide customers with delivery dates and docs.
• Ensure export documentation accuracy and compliance with destination regulations.
