Job summary

Nordson Industrial Coating Solutions is seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to join our global logistics team in the United States. You will coordinate international shipments, prepare export documentation, and ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and Nordson policies.

You will partner with internal teams, logistics providers, and customs brokers to move products worldwide, maintain accurate records, and support customer satisfaction through clear communication

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams and functions.
• Comfort working with export data and compliance‑related processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accurate, compliant, and timely international shipments to support customer delivery expectations.
• Prepare, review, and maintain export documentation, shipment records, and related compliance files.
• Support compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, customer requirements, and company policies.
• Review invoices, shipping documents, and export data for completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with logistics providers, customs brokers, customer service, supply chain, and other internal teams to resolve shipment‑related questions or issues.
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for export‑related inquiries, documentation needs, and issue resolution.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related field
