Job summary

Nordson Industrial Coating Solutions is seeking an Export Coordinator to manage international shipments, export documentation, and compliance with export regulations. You will coordinate with internal teams, logistics providers, and customs brokers to ensure accurate, timely deliveries and clear communication with customers.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Business or related field, 3 years of shipping/export experience (or 7 years with no degree), and SAP/ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics, international trade, export coordination, or a related field with a Bachelor’s degree; or 7 or more years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Export-related certification(s) and SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accurate, compliant, and timely international shipments to support customer delivery expectations.
• Prepare, review, and maintain export documentation, shipment records, and related compliance files.
• Support compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, customer requirements, and company policies.
• Review invoices, shipping documents, and export data for completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with logistics providers, customs brokers, customer service, supply chain, and other internal teams to resolve shipment-related questions or issues.
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for export-related inquiries, documentation needs, and issue resolution.
• Maintain work instructions and country-specific export requirements to support consistent processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve export processes, documentation accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements
