Job summary

Core Laboratories is seeking an Export Documentation Specialist to prepare and manage export paperwork ensuring compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations. You will coordinate Hazmat shipments, work with freight forwarders, and maintain records for audits and regulatory needs.

The role requires 3+ years in export docs, Hazmat knowledge, and strong attention to detail. This on-site position resides in Texas and supports internal teams with training and process updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in export documentation and international shipping.
• Hazmat shipping regulations knowledge (DOT, IATA, IMDG).
• Hazmat/Dangerous Goods certification preferred.
• Data entry with Ten-Key.
• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics/supply chain cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review export documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading.
• Manage Hazmat shipping documentation in compliance with DOT, IATA and IMDG.
• Ensure shipments meet international trade regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers and logistics to arrange transport.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory requirements.
