We are currently looking for an Export Control Manager to join our team onsite in our Orlando, FL office. We offer a 9/80 work schedule and foster a professional, high-energy culture where employees are empowered to succeed.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Compliance Manager to oversee and maintain the company’s compliance programs in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies. This position plays a key role in ensuring adherence to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Customs Regulations, and other applicable export regulations, and other while supporting our responsibilities as a publicly traded manufacturing company. The ideal candidate has a strong background in regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment, experience working across multiple jurisdictions, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs to meet ITAR, EAR, U.S. Customs, and other applicable U.S. regulations, including but not limited to the Antiboycott Regulations, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and Foreign Trade Regulations across 4 sites within the United States.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement internal controls to prevent violations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related matters with government agencies.
  • Prepare, submit and monitor status of license applications, agreements, and requests for Commodity Jurisdiction, or Commodity Classification Requests.
  • Oversee the accurate classification of products and services.
  • Monitor and audit import transactions to ensure Entry Summaries are completed and maintained properly.
Training & Education
  • Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees, contractors, and international partners.
  • Communicate regulatory changes and their implications across relevant departments.
Auditing & Monitoring
  • Conduct regular audits of processes, documentation, and transactions to ensure compliance.
  • Investigate and document any suspected compliance violations, recommending corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of licenses, and import and export compliance documentation with applicable laws, regulations, procedures, or work instructions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure export and import processes meet all legal requirements.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and operations to enforce compliance in hiring, data security, and third-party relationships.
  • Interface with U.S. Customs Brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, internal customers and suppliers to resolve issues affecting movement of inbound materials.

  • Experience in compliance for a publicly traded company.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and influence employees at all levels.
  • Experience with compliance management software and data tracking tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
