Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Global Experiential & Events Design to shape world-class event concepts for MAC and other brands.

You will deliver renderings for in-store and off-site campaigns, lead cross-functional collaboration, and guide regional execution while staying on brand. This role requires 5+ years in design, strong 3D modeling, and expertise in fixture, set, and stage design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant design field is required.
• 5+ years in agency, event design, store design, graphic design or visual merchandising.
• Strong 3D modeling (SketchUp, Rhino) and 2D skills (AutoCAD) with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and create renderings for in-store and event distortions.
• Manage design projects from conception to execution with timelines.
• Prepare design packets for regional implementation.
• Produce 2D/3D artwork and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Occasionally assist on site for NYC-area installations.
