Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies seeks a design associate to develop innovative concepts and detailed renderings for global in-store and event designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to create compelling 3D/2D assets for windows, displays and live events.

You will manage projects end-to-end, maintain brand aesthetics, and contribute design packets for regional execution. A strong background in fashion/beauty retail and fabrication knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• BA or BFA in Interior Design, Stage & Set Design, or Architecture required.
• 5+ years in Agency, Event Design, Store Design, Graphic Design, or Visual Merchandising.
• Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering with Rhino, SketchUp and other tools.
• Strong ability to communicate concepts with quick hand sketches and notes.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and renderings for in-store and event designs.
• Collaborate with design team and external partners to produce design packets.
• Produce 2D/3D artwork for events and retail environments.
• Manage design projects from conception to execution.
