Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Program Manager and Development Advisor to join the Management Development Services Division (MDSD). The role focuses on liaison work between Aramco participants, contracted universities, and vendors to ensure high-quality development journeys, with light travel outside the Kingdom.

The successful candidate will design and deliver learning content, develop curricula, manage programs end-to-end, and engage stakeholders across leadership development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor degree in business.
• Master degree is preferred in education or related field.
• Have 6 to 10 years of experience in leadership programs, program management, project management, and/or curriculum development.
• Have experience facilitating both in-person and virtual workshops.
• Have experience using emerging learning technologies to enhance the learning environment.
• Able to prepare a training classroom environment as well as conduct and evaluate courses.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Designing and Delivering Learning Content – Conduct training programs, both in-person and virtually.
• Curriculum Development & Innovation – Develop course materials and integrate digital tools.
• Program Management Excellence – Oversee full lifecycle of development programs and budgets.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Primary contact for sponsors and participants.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership – Lead project teams and provide feedback.
• Continuous Improvement & Evaluation – Develop evaluation plans and metrics.
• Risk and Compliance Management – Manage program risks and audits.
• Cultural Alignment & Advisory Support – Align with Aramco’s culture and values.
• Participant Engagement & Support – Build rapport and ensure quality learning experiences.
• Operational Oversight & Coordination – Manage scheduling and onboarding.
