Datadog is seeking a Head of Global Executive Support to lead and scale our Executive Support organization. This senior leader will set the strategy, drive operations, and develop people across a global team of EAs, Senior EAs, Team Leads, and Managers.

The role connects executive leadership with the broader organization, building scalable systems and ensuring high-caliber, confidential support. Datadog operates a hybrid workplace to support work-life balance for its teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in executive or administrative support.
• At least 4+ years in a people management role
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale an EA organization
• Strong governance, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global, multi-level executive assistant team.
• Define the long-term vision and operating model for Executive Support at Datadog.
• Drive headcount planning, resource allocation, and org design as the company scales.
• Develop and maintain policies, playbooks, and documentation that standardize high-quality support across all executive stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce friction across the organization.
• Act as an escalation point for complex, high-stakes, or sensitive executive support needs.
• Maintain discretion and judgment around confidential information at the highest levels of the organization.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, People, and leaders across the business to ensure EA operations align with company-wide policies and systems.
• Travel to global offices and company conferences, as needed
