Job summary

InX is seeking a Researcher to join our New York-based team. You will develop tailored search strategies and map organizational structures to build candidate pools for senior roles across markets.

You will collaborate with Partners and Consultants, translate data-driven insights into client-ready research, and contribute to practice growth in a fast-paced boutique environment. This role is based in New York with a 3-day-per-week office presence.

Qualifications

• Sound understanding of market trends and client objectives.
• Build candidate pools with a robust plan to nurture networks.
• Provide data-driven insights, develop candidate pipelines, and create target company lists.
• Develop tailored search strategies identifying target companies, industries, and candidates.
• Share market insights and collaborate on business development to drive practice growth.
• Collaborate with Partners to understand client requirements and deliver research that aligns with the search strategy.
• Map organizational structures and compile potential candidates.
• Prepare research reports and candidate profiles for internal and client-facing presentations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss search progress and share insights on talent markets.
