Intuit, Inc. seeks a Sr. Manager of Executive Protection to set program strategy, standards, and governance for enterprise security. You will counsel senior leaders on protective risk and ensure intelligence-driven security for travel, events, and daily operations.

The role is hybrid, overseeing protective operations, vendor management, and continuous improvement using performance metrics. You will collaborate across Legal, HR, Facilities, and Communications to align security with business needs.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in physical security, with leadership of security professionals.
• Proven track record in executing complex protective operations internationally.
• Experience supporting C-suite executives and liaising with government entities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience building or scaling security programs from inception.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement SOPs and protective frameworks to safeguard people, assets, and IP.
• Integrate AI/ML tools into the protective ecosystem to enhance threat intelligence and logistics.
• Set SLAs and KPIs for security vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Lead and mentor teams, aligning goals with corporate objectives.
• Coordinate protection across global offices, residences, and events.
• Use AARs and metrics to drive continuous program improvement.
• Manage the Executive Protection program budget and resources.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Facilities and Communications for coordination.
• Partner with Chiefs of Staff and Executive Assistants to integrate coverage into schedules.
• Oversee multi-agent details and end-to-end security operations.
• Understand security tech incl. alarm systems and surveillance networks.
