Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant security experience from government agency or private entity.
• 5+ years proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365).
• Specialized training in executive protection operations and logistics is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Senior Manager in all EP contracts and vendor management, including audit docs.
• Serve as primary contact for residential security initiatives affecting Execs; develop incident reporting procedures.
• Coordinate EP transportation support for executive travel; collaborate on risk assessments.
• Coordinate with the SOC for asset monitoring and incident notification for executives.
• Standardize information sharing with SOC for executive travel and logistics.
• Collaborate with intelligence team on threat assessments and investigations.
• Develop equipment inventory standards and ensure compliance with industry norms.
• Coordinate security standards installation across Accenture facilities as needed.
• Conduct site advances for leadership travel, events, and off-site locations.
• Support Event Security lead for events with large executive presence.
• Ensure adherence to privacy and record retention policies.
