With 7+ years in protection and 2+ years in leadership, you will manage complex trips, risk mitigations, and AI-enabled workflows, traveling up to 50% and operating in protocol-driven environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive executive protection and global travel for executives
• 2+ years in a team leadership role within protective/security operations
• Proven ability to organize complex trips and high-stakes events for executives
• Solves complex logistical problems under time constraints with initiative
• Experience in protocol-driven environments (corporate/government/diplomatic)
• Strong communication and presentation skills in high-stakes settings
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and project management
• Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 50%)
• Familiarity with risk intelligence platforms and EP technologies
• Experience aligning ethics in AI practices and tools
