The role blends strategic and operational work, standardising processes, calendar management, travel, and communications while driving collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience providing high-level executive support to senior leaders (C-suite or equivalent).
• Experience working in global, matrixed organisations with dispersed teams.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Ability to anticipate needs, coordinate complex calendars and travel, and communicate across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive support to Product COO, including calendar management, expense tracking, travel coordination, and meeting prep.
• Act as trusted partner to Product leadership, anticipate needs, identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Coach and mentor EAs globally, establish operating rhythms and standards for executive support.
• Drive standardisation and alignment of executive support across Product teams and regions.
• Operationalise and embed the Product Aligned Executive Support Model across leadership teams.
