Job summary

Pan Atlantic Foundation is seeking motivated individuals to join as Area Representatives for our cultural exchange program. ARs match students with host families, provide local support to students, host families and schools, and work from home on their own schedule.

There is no base salary; ARs are paid per student placement and can earn travel perks and bonuses. Many ARs hold other jobs, are parents, or retired, and choose this flexible, mission-driven opportunity to connect with communities

Qualifications

• Sales, networking and/or community outreach experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Enjoy working with teens and various cultures.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks by deadline.

Responsibilities

• Match students with host families and provide local support to students, host families, and schools.
• Market the program through outreach and networking to recruit host families and placements.
• Work on your own schedule and manage placements with attention to deadlines.
