Job summary

Pan Atlantic Foundation seeks motivated individuals to join as Area Representatives. Work from home, set your own schedule, and earn income by placing students with host families while supporting international exchanges.

Responsibilities include marketing the program, matching students with families, and providing local support to host families and schools. Typically ARs have other jobs or are retirees and are paid per placement with travel perks.

Qualifications

• Sales, networking and/or community outreach experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Enjoy working with teens and various cultures.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Match students with host families and provide local support to participants, host families and schools.
• Market the program through outreach and networking to recruit families.
• Determine the number of students to place and support ARs in timelines.
