Job summary

Pan Atlantic Foundation is seeking an International Area Representative to recruit host families and support exchange students. This entry-level, part-time 1099 role offers remote work and a flexible schedule in your local area.

You will build relationships with schools, guide families through applications, conduct interviews, and document progress in our system while earning based on placements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit prospective host families within the assigned area to support international student exchange programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools to raise awareness of student exchange opportunities
• Promote public awareness of exchange programs through community outreach and engagement activities
• Guide prospective host families through the online application process on the organization's website
• Conduct in-home interviews with potential host families and verify references to ensure suitability
• Facilitate host family orientations prior to student arrival to set expectations and provide program guidance
• Perform monthly check-ins with host families and students via phone calls or in-person visits
• Document all interactions, check-ins, and progress reports accurately in the online system
