Extreme Networks, Inc. seeks an organized Event Specialist to support Corporate Events and EBC programs in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. You will coordinate event logistics, vendors, budgets, content, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences.

With 1–3 years in event management, you will manage timelines, attendance, and post-event reporting while collaborating with customers and internal teams. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in event management or coordination.
• Experience with corporate or customer events; tech industry experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with budgets, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Experience with vendors and event logistics is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics, vendors, budgets, content, and stakeholders.
• Track event timelines, calendars, agendas, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with customers, speakers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Track event results, attendance, feedback, and metrics.
• Manage event logistics including F&B, transportation, signage, shipping, and venue requirements.
• Assist with presentations, event communications, surveys, agendas, and promotional materials.
• Support post-event communications and reporting to measure effectiveness.
