Job summary

Tory Burch in New York seeks an Events & Special Projects Manager to shape and execute the global event strategy across domestic and international markets. The role leads end-to-end planning for brand activations, openings and partnerships, ensuring flawless execution and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in events, marketing, or communications in fashion or media.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact global events.
• Coordinate with Global Events Senior Director on production logistics.
• Source and manage external vendors and production partners.
• Conceptualize retail activations to drive engagement and sales.
• Manage events calendar, budgets, guest lists and contracts.
• Oversee US store-led events with Retail Ops and Store Directors.
• Mentor the PR & Events Assistant.
