Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of large, multi-million dollar budgets or portfolios.
• Experience building or scaling operational processes, tools, and reporting structures.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for executive narratives.
• Strong collaboration and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead operating rhythm for Global Events & Experiences, including budget reviews and executive reporting cadences.
• Track costs vs forecasts and drive budget accountability among event owners.
• Build and maintain operational infrastructure for planning and execution at scale.
• Evaluate tooling and consolidate to improve efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning with business unit partners for actionable plans.
• Develop regular reporting cadence on event metrics, budget performance, and portfolio health.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive scalable process improvements.
• Lead early-stage operational initiatives and hand off to permanent owner.
