NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations to lead the Global Events & Experiences organization with structure, rigor, and speed. This role is an operating lead, owning budgets, portfolios, and cross‑functional planning to deliver scalable event outcomes.

You will build processes, implement tools, and provide executives with clear, up‑to‑date performance, spending, and risk insights while partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive timely decisions and maintain

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with at least 5 years in management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets with forecasting and accountability.
• Experience building scalable operational processes, tools, and reporting structures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operating rhythm for the Global Events & Experiences organization, including budget reviews, planning cycles, and executive reporting cadences.
• Track costs and spending against forecasts and drive budget accountability among event owners.
• Build and maintain operational infrastructure (tools, processes, templates, reporting) for scalable planning and execution.
• Evaluate events tooling and tech stack, streamline and consolidate tools, and ensure knowledge sharing.
• Represent the events organization in cross-functional planning with business unit partners and translate into actionable plans.
• Develop and maintain a regular reporting cadence on event metrics, budget performance, and portfolio health for executives.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks; propose and drive scalable process improvements.
• Spearhead high-priority operational initiatives and hand off to a permanent owner when ready.
