Job summary

ViClarity is hiring a full-time Events and Communications Specialist to support its global marketing strategy through events, PR, social media, and internal communications. This role strengthens brand awareness, industry credibility, customer engagement, and top-of-funnel demand generation across key markets.

Location: near the Des Moines metropolitan area in Iowa to accommodate business needs. You will plan trade shows, user conferences, webinars, and virtual events, coordinating budgets,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Event Management (or related field).
• 2–4 years in event management, PR, or integrated marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or regulated industries.
• Strong budget, vendor coordination, and deadline management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute global events including trade shows, user conferences, webinars, and virtual events.
• Manage event calendars, budgets, logistics, registrations, and lead capture.
• Support executive speaking engagements with logistics and briefings.
• Coordinate with PR agencies on press releases, media outreach, and customer stories.
• Oversee ViClarity's LinkedIn and YouTube content to support campaigns and branding.
• Develop internal communications and executive updates.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, CS, and leadership on sponsorships and advisory boards.
