Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and execution of in-person marketing events, retail promotions, and sales campaigns.
• Engage directly with customers to promote and sell client products and services.
• Identify customer needs, explain products and promotions, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Drive sales and customer acquisition through face-to-face conversations and events.
• Serve as a front-line representative for our clients with a professional, positive experience.
• Distribute promotional materials and maintain engaging event displays.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Campaign Managers on marketing, promotions, and sales strategies.
• Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Represent client brands and communicate current products and promotions accurately.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training.
