Job summary

Waymo LLC is seeking a senior leader to oversee the rapid deployment of EV charging infrastructure across global sites. You will drive end-to-end deployment, standardize playbooks, manage suppliers, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

This hybrid role reports to the Director of Global Workplace & eMobility and involves cross-functional coordination with Facilities, IT, Finance and Legal. The position requires a BS in Electrical Engineering or related field, 7+ years in EV

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field; PMP or similar a plus.
• 7+ years in EV infrastructure deployment and DCFC charger projects.
• 2+ years in a management or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end EV charging deployment across global multi-site portfolios.
• Develop modular site archetypes and standardized construction playbooks for rapid rollout.
• Manage suppliers, utilities, and cross-functional partners to ensure safety and compliance.
• Monitor KPIs, reports, and lifecycle planning for energy optimization.
