Job summary

BDO USA, LLP seeks a Sustainability Regulatory Advisory Director to lead growth and delivery of ESG regulatory advisory services across multiple industries. You will drive new business opportunities, manage complex engagements, and provide guidance on CSRD, ESRS, EUDR, and EPR regulations to clients globally.

You will mentor teams, influence proposals, and develop market-leading regulatory insights to shape client solutions and firm strategy.

Qualifications

• Ten years of sustainability consulting experience with ESG regulatory requirements.
• Seven years of supervisory experience.
• Deep knowledge of CSRD, ESRS, ISSB, TCFD, GRI, SASB.
• Experience with EUDR, SB 253, SB 261, EPR regulations.
• Proven ability to lead client pursuits and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and delivery of sustainability regulatory advisory services.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
• Oversee complex advisory engagements and deliver regulatory compliance solutions.
• Develop regulatory insights and thought leadership for market positioning.
• Mentor and supervise RAS team members on engagements.
