Johnson & Johnson DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Technology Director, ERP Supply Chain, Plan-to-Manufacture (P2M), located in USA. You will own the global SAP S/4P2M ERP capability, partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and Tech to deliver scalable, compliant and insight-driven solutions for DePuy Synthes manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in IT, CS, engineering, supply chain or related field.
Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
10+ years planning, architecting and implementing global SAP S/4 planning and manufacturing solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, solution design and implementation of global ERP applications for Plan-to-Manufacture (P2M).
Serve as global technology product owner for SAP S/4HANA template supporting manufacturing capabilities.
Lead programs consolidating ERP systems into SAP S/4 P2M template across manufacturing, quality, warehouse, planning, data platforms.
Ensure ERP supports scheduling, materials, inventory, costing, traceability and reporting.
Translate business requirements into roadmaps and designs with stakeholders.
Drive end-to-end process integration and data consistency across planning to finance.
Resolve cross-functional design decisions and gaps; manage complex issues.
Mentor technology teams and system integrators to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Promote standardization, automation, and data-driven insights with AI capabilities.
Monitor SAP and manufacturing tech trends to improve scalability and compliance.
