Ladders is seeking a Global ERP Solutions Manager 2 – Supply Chain, remote within the US, to own the technical architecture and roadmap for global ERP capabilities focused on Supply Chain. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to deploy new capabilities and ensure reliable production performance.

You will lead a global Level 3 ERP support team, oversee API configurations with SAP S/4 and integrate SAP BTP for enhanced analytics and workflow.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant experience in ERP or supply chain solutions.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA in Supply Chain/Procurement/Operations.
• 5+ years leading Level 3 ERP support teams in a multi‑BU environment.
• Experience with SAP configuration in Supply Chain/Procurement and at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation.
• Proven project/program management experience with planning, scheduling and risk management.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

For our client, we are seeking a Global ERP Solutions Manager 2 - Supply Chain to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will own the technical architecture and solution roadmap for global supply chain ERP capabilities, with a strong focus on enabling efficient, scalable operations across a complex enterprise environment. The position will partner with business, technical, and external stakeholders to shape integrations, support new capability deployments, and ensure systems perform reliably in production. You will also lead advanced support efforts and help drive the delivery of ERP solutions that improve workflow, analytics, and supplier collaboration.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $133,200 – $199,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution technical architecture and roadmap for ERP capabilities focused on Global Supply Chain.
• Integrate SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) with business processes for enhanced workflow and analytics.
• Define and manage supplier collaboration scenarios between ERP systems and external partners.
• Oversee integration patterns and API configurations involving SAP S/4 and other enterprise platforms.
• Manage a global Level 3 ERP support team for advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Ensure technical quality and performance of solutions in production, meeting business SLAs.
• Support the design and deployment of new ERP capabilities, coordinating across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline with 8 years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA applications, particularly in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations.
• 5+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership of Level 3 ERP support teams in a multi-business-unit environment.
• Experience with SAP configuration in Supply Chain/Procurement and at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation.
• Proven project/program management experience, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
