This role acts as the lead solution architect translating enterprise needs into scalable designs for operational excellence in a complex international environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only; travel internationally expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP experience with major ERP implementations.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
• Proven track record managing teams across multiple countries.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Global ERP Delivery & Solution Architecture to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead a global ERP function spanning multiple regions, with responsibility for shaping strategy, guiding large-scale delivery, and ensuring solutions are aligned to business priorities. You will serve as the lead solution architect, translating enterprise needs into scalable designs that support operational excellence and long-term transformation. The position requires close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to drive successful deployments, readiness, and adoption across a complex international environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $151,000 - $314,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead a global ERP team of approximately 25 across multiple regions
• Execute the global ERP strategy aligned with business priorities
• Manage end-to-end ERP project delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Define scalable ERP solutions as the lead Solution Architect
• Translate business requirements into solution blueprints and architectures
• Oversee operational readiness and production acceptance for deployments
• Drive global ERP transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or Computer Science preferred
• 15+ years of SAP experience with major ERP implementations
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred
• Proven track record managing teams of over 10 people across multiple countries
• Culturally sensitive with experience managing diverse teams
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed
