Freudenberg Medical LLC seeks an experienced ERP/IT leader to direct global ERP programs, ensuring reliable operation of SAP, Salesforce, MasterControl and IQMS across locations. You will shape the enterprise application roadmap and translate business needs into scalable system solutions with global process owners.

Qualifications

• Lead ERP and enterprise applications programs in manufacturing/regulatory environments.
• 7+ years ERP/enterprise platforms experience in mid-large business.
• 5+ years in management or program leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP processes and modules.
• Experience with vendor management and budgeting.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and performance coaching for ERP teams across locations.
• Own the operational reliability, availability, and support model for SAP, Salesforce, MasterControl, IQMS and related systems.
• Develop and maintain ERP/enterprise applications roadmap with business leaders and IT.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions partnering with Global Process Owners.
• Manage data quality, master data governance, reporting integrity, and integration controls.
• Ensure application security, access controls, and compliance with policies.
• Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and service providers.
• Establish SLAs, project health metrics, and continuous improvement actions.
• Support cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and continuity planning for ERP systems.
• Participate in IT governance forums to define objectives and standards.
• Stay current on ERP/cloud trends affecting manufacturing and regulated environments.
• Manage budgets, software licensing, and resource plans.
