Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a Director-level ERP Platform Leader to drive strategy, lifecycle, and operations for a global ERP portfolio.

You will own governance, standards, and cross-domain alignment while building a high-performing international team and advancing core platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Dynamics 365, and Oracle ERP. The role demands deep ERP expertise, strong financial acumen, and the ability to partner with business domains to realize value through modernization and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12–15 years ERP experience.
• 7+ years in senior ERP leadership roles.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Dynamics 365 or Oracle ERP.
• Experience in regulated environments including SOX.
• Strong financial acumen and product lifecycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate the ERP platform across strategy, lifecycle, and operations.
• Represent ERP in enterprise governance forums.
• Own end-to-end ERP product lifecycle management.
• Define and execute the ERP roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Establish standards across core, extensions, and integrations.
• Lead global ERP operations across regions and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee ERP implementations, upgrades, and ongoing operations.
• Drive innovation with analytics, AI, and modern integration patterns.
• Build and develop a high-performing global ERP organization.
