Job summary

A major publicly listed aviation business with operations in North America and Europe seeks a Director, ERP to own the Quantum Control ERP platform, lead an international team, and drive improvements in data integrity and processes. This role offers strategic influence, including shaping the technology roadmap and potentially leading an early ERP replacement.

Location options include New York or Montreal (Miami considered); primarily onsite with travel.

Qualifications

7+ years of enterprise ERP experience across multiple platforms (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, NetSuite or Quantum Control).
3+ years of people management, ideally leading distributed teams across locations.
Experience in complex manufacturing or supply chain environments; aviation/MRO beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

Own the global Quantum Control ERP platform strategy, roadmap and continuous improvements.
Lead, coach and develop an international ERP team across locations.
Improve data integrity and standardise processes across facilities; drive integrations with other systems.
Partner with senior leadership to prioritise improvements and support potential ERP replacement initiatives.
