North Point Technology seeks an ERP Technical Lead to drive strategic ERP architecture across SAP and Oracle, manage global teams, and ensure secure, scalable, and compliant ERP environments. The role covers integrations, cloud transformations, and ongoing optimization.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in SAP Basis/Security and Oracle DB, with hands-on HANA experience and a track record of end-to-end ERP implementations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline.
• At least 10 years of related professional experience in SAP Basis, SAP Security, and Oracle database administration.
• Expert knowledge of SAP Basis and Security across SAP ECC, EWM, Fiori, PO, GRC, Solution Manager, and SAP Portals.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA implementations, administration, configuration, migrations, and performance troubleshooting.
• Experience completing at least two end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Experience designing disaster recovery, backup, and recovery strategies.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global ERP technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap across SAP, Oracle, and related enterprise platforms.
• Manage and support SAP ECC, EWM, GRC, SNC, SRM, Solution Manager, SAP PO, SAP Portals, and Oracle applications.
• Establish enterprise architecture standards and design scalable, secure, and resilient ERP environments.
• Own ERP security, user-access governance, SoD, SOX compliance, and audit readiness.
• Lead SAP and Oracle development, customizations, APIs, and technical delivery.
• Define integration strategies across SAP, Oracle, cloud platforms, EDI, middleware, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Oversee system performance, monitoring, upgrades, and migrations.
• Ensure platform availability, disaster recovery, and operational excellence.
• Lead cloud-transformation initiatives and hybrid-cloud ERP architecture.
• Drive AI, ML, automation, and intelligent ERP processes.
