Capital Group seeks a Core Ops Equity Trade Lead Analyst to supervise global equity trade operations, provide coaching, and resolve complex processing challenges. You will partner with Trading, Legal, and Investment Operations to ensure timely settlements, risk controls, and scalable processes.

Strong Excel/Power BI skills and leadership are essential. Base salary for Charlotte, NC ranges with competitive bonuses; annual reviews determine compensation.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Significant experience in investment operations, trade operations, securities operations, or related environment.
• Strong understanding of the equity trade lifecycle including confirmations, settlement, reconciliation, and risk management.
• Experience leading in high-volume, deadline-driven settings with strong communication.
• Proficient Excel skills and experience with large datasets.
• Experience or knowledge of Power BI for operational reporting and risk monitoring.
• Attention to detail with a risk-aware mindset and proactive issue detection.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day production and oversight for global equity trade operations.
• Serve as escalation point for complex trade processing and risk matters.
• Coordinate team priorities and provide coaching on procedures and controls.
• Partner with Trading, Legal, Investment Operations, brokers, custodians to ensure timely trade completion and issue resolution.
• Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve service and decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and metrics using Excel and Power BI.
• Lead process improvement and automation to strengthen controls and scalability.
• Document procedures and support testing and implementation of changes.
• Demonstrate end-to-end ownership and clear stakeholder communication.
• Act as liaison between Equity Trade Operations and internal/external stakeholders.
