Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Principal Stock Plan Consultant to own the design, administration, governance, and strategic optimization of global equity compensation programs. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure plans are competitive and compliant.

The role is hybrid and based in Cincinnati, OH or Atlanta, GA, reporting to the Director of Long-Term Incentives & Retention within Total Rewards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, HR, or related field. CEP preferred.
8–12 years of equity compensation experience in public/private companies.
Deep expertise in global equity programs, tax and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

Lead equity compensation strategy for RSUs, stock options, ESPP, and performance shares.
Ensure program governance, compliance, and scalability across regions.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Board on disclosures and filings.
Support M&A activity and global expansion impacting equity programs.
Provide insights for compensation planning and board-level decisions.
