LEGO Group seeks an experienced project professional to lead cross-functional initiatives across equipment platforms and packaging. The role covers global coordination, KPI-driven delivery, and continuous improvement across LEGO plants.

You will manage time plans, budgets, and supplier relations while aligning with tech development trends and training in MS Project. The position offers a hybrid work setup and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably global.
• 2+ years in platform management.
• Strong interest in modern technologies and consumer trends.
• Advanced skills in MS Office 365.
• Ability to read/understand technical drawings (AutoCAD, 3D models).
• Self-driven, communicative and curious.
• Experience in technical development projects and machines/equipment.
• Mandatory use of Microsoft Project; SAP experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 40 days per year.
• Solid business/project understanding.

Responsabilités

• Drive projects according to LEGO Project Model (LPM).
• Prepare and modify project time plans with evolving requirements.
• Ensure resource alignment and allocation across participants.
• Manage project budget and spending; escalate overspend.
• Pursue project deliverables and KPI fulfillment.
• Collaborate with suppliers, stakeholders and steering committees.
• Define and coordinate project teams; resolve conflicts with leaders.
• Manage project risks and opportunities for favorable outcomes.
• Identify processes for optimization to improve efficiency.
• Understand machinery operation and troubleshooting; show passion for tech.
