Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services seeks a Global Equipment Integration & Controls SME to support lifecycle equipment management across our global manufacturing network. You will drive connectivity, data acquisition, and MES/SAP interfaces while coordinating with process engineering, quality, and site teams.

The role requires 5–8 years of electrical and controls experience, strong project leadership, and expertise in PLCs, networking, and data standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in electrical and controls systems and network connectivity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Experience managing complex projects in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and controls equipment SME team across global network.
• Standardize production equipment documentation and connectivity.
• Collaborate with process engineering, quality, D&T, and site teams.
• Coordinate GMP validations and PQ documentation.
• Develop and review drawings and code for safety and standardization.
