Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Lead EPM Architect to drive end-to-end OneStream-driven transformations for global finance clients. You will shape architectural blueprints, guide implementation across consolidation, planning and reporting, and establish a high-impact COE to sustain excellence.

You will mentor cross-functional teams, lead client workshops, and oversee delivery quality, performance, and value realization with a focus on scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience designing and delivering EPM solutions.
• Strong experience in COE establishment and ongoing governance.
• Proven leadership and program management across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex EPM deployments across consolidation, planning, reporting, and close.
• Lead architectural design, integration strategy, and platform governance.
• Drive COE development and continuous improvement of best practices.
