Job summary

OneStream is seeking a Consultant to deliver financial performance management solutions for our customers. You will implement OneStream applications, migrate assets, write business rules, and train end users while collaborating with multi‑regional teams.

Ideal candidates have CPM/EPM experience, strong accounting knowledge, and technical acumen in databases and VB/.NET. You will work with finance professionals to drive ROI and enable faster decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, IS, Mathematics or related field
• 2–5 years CPM/EPM implementation experience
• MS Office and data modeling skills
• Knowledge of financial accounting processes
• Strong technical skills for product implementations
• Experience with databases such as Oracle and Essbase

Responsibilities

• Build extensible cubes, metadata, data sources, and transformation rules.
• Migrate OS artifacts and system components (security, dashboards, etc).
• Write basic conditional business rules and basic business rules.
• Communicate effectively with the project team and senior management.
• Conduct customer training and onboarding.
• Mentor new Consultants and support regional/global calls.
• Present Lunch & Learn knowledge share sessions.
• Respond to inquiries from OneStream employees via OneCommunity.
• Compile and distribute weekly status reports.
