Job summary

Accenture’s Finance Reinvention practice partners with CFOs to reimagine finance with strategy, enablement, and measurable outcomes. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery of large, complex engagements across architecture, ERP/EPM, and analytics for energy clients.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, define market-facing energy finance assets, and drive business development while collaborating with senior executives to realize value at speed and scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Finance Transformation expert in the Energy Industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with software selection and full life cycle implementation.
• Minimum of 2 years working knowledge in performance management (consolidations or planning).
• Experience working with AI, GenAI, ML, and automation and their current applications.
• Deep FP&A, accounting, reporting, and data analytics expertise across the enterprise.
• Experience leading large-scale technology implementations (ERP, EPM) and operating model changes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate’s Degree, 6+ years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex client projects across business, process, and technical objectives.
• Own end-to-end architecture of EPM implementations (consolidation, planning, reporting, close).
• Conduct discovery with CFOs and finance leaders to translate requirements into blueprints.
• Evaluate marketplace solutions and third-party tools aligned with needs.
• Mentor project resources and guide teams through all delivery phases.
