Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead environmental programs across Google Data Centers (GDC). You will collaborate with CSRM, EHS and executive leadership to plan requirements, manage risks, and drive end-to-end environmental initiatives at scale.

The role covers governance, measurement, and coordination across global teams, with emphasis on safeguarding Google’s environmental commitments and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of program management experience.
• 5 years of experience implementing environmental programs in the tech sector.

Responsibilities

• Define and steer the global goal and strategy for GDC’s Environmental Programs, prioritizing community concerns.
• Partner with executive GDC leadership to integrate environmental initiatives as a core strategy.
• Standardize and oversee the global environmental risk management framework to mitigate risks.
• Establish and monitor global KPIs and benchmarking across operating models.
