arrivia in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Senior Vice President, Enterprise Operations to establish shared infrastructure and standards across global operating sites and contact centers.

You will report to the CEO and own enterprise-level site management, BPO strategy, workforce management, training infrastructure, and operational excellence while keeping product, client, and day-to-day results with business lines.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience across multi-site or global operations.
• Experience leading enterprise shared services or operational infrastructure across multiple lines of business.
• Deep contact-center operating experience including workforce management, quality, training, capacity planning, and operational technology.

Responsabilidades

• Global site and location management across operating sites; establish expectations for leadership, facilities, safety and continuity.
• Develop and execute the enterprise BPO strategy, vendor relationships, governance, and performance standards.
• Establish forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and workforce-management processes across lines of business.
• Build and govern onboarding, contact-center fundamentals, leadership development, training technology, and instructional methodologies.
• Define common operating KPIs, quality frameworks, and continuous-improvement programs.
