Saalex Corporation seeks an Information Technology Manager to lead enterprise IT operations across Tidewater, VA and San Diego, CA. The role focuses on strategic IT planning, service delivery, system reliability, and compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities include overseeing infrastructure, networking, incident/change management, and coordination with government stakeholders. Must have 12+ years in IT leadership, DoD framework experience, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in IT management, systems engineering, or enterprise IT operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise IT environments and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with RMF, STIGs, and DoD cybersecurity frameworks.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL Foundation or higher).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT operations, including infrastructure, network, and system services.
• Oversee system availability, performance, and capacity planning across CONUS/OCONUS.
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies, RMF, STIGs, and Navy directives.
• Direct ITSM practices aligned with ITIL frameworks.
• Manage incident response, problem management, and change management.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to IT staff and workforce planning.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and technical teams to align IT services with mission objectives.
• Oversee audits, inspections, and accreditation activities, including ATO support.
